Our firewood terminals, designed by our COB Erkki Savolainen, are build for the sole purpose to get our firewood dry to a humidity level of 20 % or less.

Really dry firewood is best for the stove and chimney. The dryer the wood the less tarnish there will be. It also means there will be less danger for a chimney fire.

Furthermore dry firewood will produce more heat. Wet firewood contains to much water and because of that water there burning proces isn’t so efficient.
